1) Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the BAMCEF App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a current or retired employee eligible for BAMCEF membership.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2) Eligibility and Membership Registration
Membership in BAMCEF through the App is subject to the following conditions:
- Applicants must be government employees belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), or Converted Minorities working in Central Government or under Central Government establishments.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, Aadhaar number, designation, address, and valid identity documents.
- Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
- Membership is subject to review and approval by authorized BAMCEF officials.
- BAMCEF reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
3) User Account and Security
Upon successful registration, you will have a BAMCEF member account. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and not share them with any third party.
- Immediately notify BAMCEF at helpbamcef@gmail.comof any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach you become aware of.
- Ensure that your account information is always up to date and accurate.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4) Membership Fees and Payments
Membership to BAMCEF involves the following payment terms:

BAMCEF is not liable for any failure or errors caused by Razorpay or any other third-party payment processor. Razorpay’s own Terms of Service govern the payment processing.
5) Permitted Use of the App
You may use the BAMCEF App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload, transmit, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers.
- Use any robot, spider, or automated means to scrape or extract data from the App.
- Upload false or fabricated identity documents or information.
- Use the App for purposes outside the scope of BAMCEF’s organizational activities.
6) Identity Document Submission
By uploading your identity documents (Aadhaar Card, Government ID Card) during registration, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are the rightful owner of the submitted documents.
- The documents are genuine, valid, and unaltered.
- You are legally authorized to provide this information for membership verification.
- You consent to BAMCEF verifying your identity using the submitted documents.
7) Digital Membership ID Card
Upon approval of your membership, you will receive a Digital Membership ID Card accessible through the App. The following terms apply:
- The Digital ID Card is for personal identification purposes within the BAMCEF organization only.
- You must not alter, forge, or reproduce the Digital ID Card in any unauthorized manner.
- The ID Card is valid only during the period of your active membership.
- BAMCEF reserves the right to revoke or modify the ID Card if any information is found to be inaccurate or if your membership is suspended or terminated.
8) Intellectual Property
All content in the App including, but not limited to, the BAMCEF logo, name, graphics, text, design, and software is the intellectual property of BAMCEF and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written permission from BAMCEF.
- Use the BAMCEF name, logo, or branding for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.
9) Termination and Suspension
BAMCEF reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Providing false or fraudulent information during registration.
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Conduct that is detrimental to BAMCEF or its members.
- Non-renewal of membership after expiration.
- Legal requirements or court orders.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties
The BAMCEF App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
- That any information provided is accurate or complete.
BAMCEF makes no warranty regarding the reliability of third-party services (including Razorpay, phone.email, or cloud storage providers) used in connection with the App.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAMCEF shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any loss of data or content resulting from technical failures.
- Any actions or inactions of third-party service providers (Razorpay, phone.email, etc.).
- Any inability to access the App due to technical issues, maintenance, or server downtime.
In no event shall BAMCEF’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of membership fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BAMCEF, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your use of the App in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
- Any false or misleading information you have provided.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Step 1 – Friendly Resolution: Contact us at helpbamcef@gmail.com to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
- Step 2 – Mediation: If unresolved, parties shall attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator.
- Step 3 – Jurisdiction: Any remaining disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
- Notify you via an in-app notification or email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
15) Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BAMCEF regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
